To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the bag you like, choose any applicable options (such as color or size), and click 'Buy Now/Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. You can also directly DM us on Instagram if you have any queries.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major UPI, Debit Cards, Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other popular payment methods. Razorpay is our official payment gateway.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be modified before they are shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard shipping time is 2-3 business days, and takes an additional 4-5 days for delivery, depending on your location. If you are located in West Bengal or Telangana you can expect your products to arrive within 2-3 days, subject to stock availability. For other states, delivery may take up to 5-6 days after shipping.
